OUR STORY
Flowwwly was born from frustration, and hope.After years of working with young people who left education feeling unsure where to turn next,we saw the same pattern: bright minds, big hearts, no map.So we built Flowwwly, a personal digital companion that helps every young person findguidance that fits who they are, not who they’re told to be.
Too many are leaving school unprepared for life, disconnected from the workplace, and unsure of where to turn next. We saw it across every corner of our work, in care, education, and employability.

Flowwwly is a natural next step in that mission, a digital platform that gives access, purpose, and hope to those who’ve been overlooked.
Founder of Lights On XP, Oly has spent years helping young people and schools rediscover confidence and self-belief through human connection. His lived experience and background in youth development shape Flowwwly’s content and coaching model, ensuring every piece of learning speaks to the real world, not theory.
Brian has a deep background in education, alternative provision, and care, with decades spent helping children and young people who’ve been written off by the system. His insight into operational delivery and trauma-informed education gives Flowwwly its grounding in what actually works.
